    If you experience a power outage, first check if your neighbors are also affected to determine if it's a local issue. And/or the PG&E app. If it seems isolated to your home, check your circuit breaker. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance. For prolonged outages, consider discussing backup generator options with us.

  • I've lost power in my kitchen or bathroom, what should I do?

    Both of these rooms have GFCI protected outlets, trying pushing the little red reset button on the outlet. If this does not work, give us a call, we can help you trouble shoot.
